"For those keeping score, the latter features an experimental director named Istvan (Felipe Bonilla, at his best)."

“Szinhaz” features Mr. Bonilla as a foreign director (what is that language he’s speaking?) doing a Q. and A. with an American audience and Ms. Langdon as the countrywoman who is translating for him in broken English. How broken? The Chekhov play about the siblings becomes “The Triangle of Sisters.” But again, Mr. Moses throws the actors a drastic change in tone, going from easy jokes based on thick accents to something more serious.

And again they play it beautifully.
